You’ve GOT to try za’atar salmon!
There are so many delicious ways to prepare salmon from soy to balsamic. We’re adding a Mediterranean flavor profile the mix! Your taste buds will rejoice with this za’atar salmon recipe. This recipe works just as well with white fish such as Halibut. - 1 jar of Zesty Z
- ½ lb fresh salmon
- ½ lemon, sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil and a teaspoon of salt. Place them the prepared baking sheet, skin side down, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread two tablespoons Zesty Z on top of each salmon fillet. Return to the oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.
