Mediterranean Baked Potatoes, Za’atar Style!

What do you say to an angry baked potato? Nothing, just butter it up!

Ok…well not really! Instead of buttering up baked potatoes or using sour cream “Get Zesty!” It’s root vegetable season and we know the potato reigns supreme. Give your potato a Mediterranean za’atar flavor burst and make a healthy choice.

Ingredients
  • 1 baked potato
  • 4 tbsp. Zesty Z (well mixed)
  • fresh lemon juice
  • diced green onion for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash potato and prick a few times with a knife. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until skin is crispy and insides are soft. Slice open and fill with Zesty Z, a squeeze of lemon, and some green onion. If you microwave (don't use aluminum foil) and follow keypad instructions.
