- 1 Ripe Avocado
- Multi-grain bread, toasted
- Radish, sliced
- 2 hard boiled eggs

- Mix avocado, lemon juice, red pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Spread avocado mixture on warm toast, and top with radish and sliced hard boiled egg.
